MetroHealth In-School Clinic & How to Enroll
During the regular academic year, MetroHealth offers an in-school clinic at Heights High, allowing high school students in-person access to MetroHealth medical professionals right at school. The program was designed to help eliminate barriers to receiving health care.
With parent/guardian consent, students can receive routine checkups, immunizations, sports physicals and screenings. The clinic provides referrals for additional services including behavioral health. Payments for individual services will be billed to the student's health insurance and MetroHealth staff will assist those without insurance in applying for coverage. There is no co-pay.
Although the clinic is unavailable during the COVID-19 school closure, we are encouraging families to enroll now in the program. If you would like to enroll your child (including eighth grade families who wish to enroll for next year), please , then print, sign, and mail it to:
